Where are we unable to deliver to?

There are some post codes we are unable to deliver to which are Central Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Ireland and offshore. This may change in the future. Check my post code

What are the cooking instructions for Our Pasties and Pies?

Your Pasties and Pies have been baked just for you and delivered in a specially packed chill box to maintain their freshness. They are ready to re-heat and eat. Remove all outer packaging prior to cooking (plastic bags). Please refrigerate your order and consume within 2 days or alternatively place in the freezer on the day of delivery where they will keep for up to 6 months. Please make sure you thoroughly defrost any frozen items before cooking. To identify your pasty or pie each one is clearly labelled on the plastic bag.

Re-heating our cooked Gourmet Pies. Standard Pies: Preheat your oven to 180 ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4. Place Pies on a baking tray in their individual pie cases and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Large Pies: Preheat your oven to 190 ºC / 375ºF / Gas Mark 5. Place Pies on a baking tray in their individual pie cases and cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Make sure the pies are piping hot and cooked right through. Allow the pies to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Re-heating our cooked Gourmet Cornish Pasties (all sizes) Preheat your oven to 180 ºC / 350ºF / Gas Mark 4. Place Pasties on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 18-22 minutes, make sure the pasties are piping hot and cooked right through. Allow the pasties to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Cooking time will vary according to your cooking equipment. Please make sure all pasties and pies are thoroughly cooked before serving.

Can I freeze my pies and pasties and how long can they be kept in the fridge?

How do I place an order?
Simply go to “Shop All” or “Bakery Bundles” and click which products you want to buy. You can buy the pre-selected bundles and check out or under “Shop All” create your own selection of a minimum of 8. It has to be upwards of 8 to fit safely in our Chilled Boxes. Or combine both. Once you have ordered, check out by completing the information requested. We use PayPal and Barclaycard which are both secure payment systems so you can either use your PayPal account or your Debit/Credit card from any bank which will be processed via Barclaycard. Your bank statement will show your purchase as “Pasty and Pie.
How long will my order take to be delivered.?

At present orders are taking up to 4 days to reach you. We dispatch on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for next day delivery (although under the current climate this can take 2 days). All orders received after Wednesday 12 noon will be dispatched the following Monday for next day delivery. All orders have to be delivered on the day our couriers inform you to ensure freshness as they come in a re-usable chilled box. We cannot deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.

Do I have to be home to sign for a delivery?

No, you do not need to be home to sign for delivery. Our courier will give you a one hour delivery window and an opportunity to select a safe place to leave your temperature controlled box, via SMS so you don’t have to wait in all day. You will receive an interactive text message from our courier service prior to and on the day of delivery. We recommend that you do not delay the arrival of your perishable goods.

How do I get in touch regarding opening a Trade Account?

Returns and Refunds

Here at The Pasty and Pie Company we will always aim to either refund the customer the full product price or provide replacement goods if the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, providing The Pasty and Pie Company is notified of the problem within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and for reasons that The Pasty and Pie Company has control over. Please be aware that we use a 3rd party courier who also have set guidelines for distribution.
