This Cornish Pasty really is a winner – after placing in the top 2 for the last 3 years at the World Pasty Championships (winning Gold in 2017!) – something we are very proud of. This is our original pasty, and to be a ‘Cornish Pasty’ must comply with PGI rules. It consists of potatoes, swede and onion- and of course the steak! We traditionally use trimmed skirtbeef. We also have “inhouse” butchers to ensure that only the best quality beef goes into our pasties. This cut of beef produces a rich gravy during the baking process, thus ensuring (alongside our secret pepper seasoning!) a genuine flavoursome Cornish Pasty.
